Plugin for credits billing block was created by Parallactic-Pictures
Been searching all morning, and I can't find a plugin for a credits billing block. This is the card of credits you see at the end of film trailers. Final Cut X has one in their library, but it has these goofy backgrounds that you can't set to 'None.' All I need is the formatting in place.
Does anyone know if a third party has something like this?
Thanks.

Hi Tom,
I've never used iMovie. So would I have to edit / create the block in iMovie then output it and import the card into FCX? Or, is there a way to access the library of available credit presets iMovie has so I can edit it in FCX?
Thanks.

The card itself is probably buried somewhere in the mivie app package. I'd just make a trailer whose end works for you. Do this in the current iMovie version. Set the credits the way you want. Ignore the first two minutes of the trailer. Use the convert to project function in iMovie. Throw away the rubbish parts of the trailer. Once it's converted use the send to FCP function, which makes an FCP project.

How soon do you need this? I could put something together in Motion and share it here...
Cheers

iMovie was foreign territory to me, but ended up having our designer do this from scratch in Photoshop. Looks good.
Thanks for the help.

I would have designed it in Motion as a generator or title, publish the text blocks, then it'd be easily reusable.
