Hope someone out there can help me sort this one out:
If I make an effect in motion, save this as an effect to FCPX, apply the effect to a clip, close down the disk image and open the disk image on another computer (where I previously have copied the effect to on finder level), FCPX tells me the effect doesn't work. And I can see my effect in the effect browser.
If I then remove the effect and apply the effect I copied from the original computer, the same effect works just fine.
I have done this workflow a thousand times before, but all a sudden FCPX starts acting up when I try this again. Is it a .08 problem? Has anyone encountered this behavior?
