OMG what's a father to do?

Been great having extended family home to the Ranch for the Holidays. Had family (4 generations) and friends from all over the US come here for the last week or so, including various significant others and their families.
My daughter is here from NYC with her boyfriend and his Mother also came. On New Year's he proposed to my daughter Quena and she said yes. Yippee everyone is very happy
Keegan is a wonderful person, very committed to her, even followed her to NYC (she is doing graduate work at Columbia Univ) and was willing to give up his job as a video editor for a college he works at. Turned out he is able to work remotely for the most part.
Here is the problem, it's that editing job. He is a Premiere Pro editor, :ohmy: What's a father to do?

You tell him if he's going to be an editor in your family, and perhaps work for you, learn freakin' FCPX, period. What's the problem?
