Trying to export to compressor from motion using the share - add destination option. when i click my compressor option it takes me to a save option instead of taking me to compressor.
Not sure what i'm doing wrong.
Thanks
Owen

update: it looks like compressor just runs in the background when the share to compressor option is selected??
I'm noticing when i export the voice is in slower motion than original. if i export using default setting it does the same thing. setting seem to be correct.

FCPX, Compressor, Motion all use the same compression engine. Only "Send To Compressor" will actually open the Compressor app. Custom Destinations simply set up presets in Motion and FCPX so you don't have to touch Compressor.

thank you.
I usually do my editing on my desktop mac and recently purchased a macbook pro.
When i export my golf tutorial vids my voice is a little slower than original. all my settings seem to be the same as when working on desktop mac.
both frame-rates seem to be the same on motion timeline and export settings. any suggestions? thank you for your help. Owen
