TOPIC:

I am looking for something like the Davinci Resolve Speed Editor to use with FCPX. The only options I have found are:
Loupedeck + — Seems very limited
Loupedeck CT — Pricey and a lot of bad reviews about latency
Tangent Wave 2 — Bad reviews about limited FCPX integration and more color focused
X-Keys XK-12 Jog & Shuttle — Looks very promising but appears to need a Windows PC to program the keys? (Contacted the company but no response yet)

Has anyone found anything else that is reliable without costing $$$$

I use:* a cheap ShuttleXpress (www.contourdesign.com) * Metagrid for iPad ( www.metasystem.io) very useful app for FCP, Logic, Cubase... included Resolve ;) * FCP keyboard cover ( .... my old brain )Sincerely, with these tools I can fly on FCP

Loupedeck + here. It does what I need it to do. Very customizable. I especially like using the dials it has with the color wheels instead of the mouse/trackpad.
