KeyFlow Pro 2 : problem with RED preview files

Hi There
Does anyone here have experience with KeyFlow pro?
I have just purchased Keyflow pro and im having an issue generating preview files for RED R3d files. I have followed the instructions regarding the encoder option in preferences by dropping the REDCNE X application icon into the Application well in the Encoder pane but when i generate the preview it fails? I've searched for an answer but can't find anything online. Since Red is my primary workflow the application is useless if i can't get this to work so any help would be greatly appreciated. I have emailed the developer and have not yet got a reply.

Wow didn’t know that Keyflow Pro was still around? It hasn’t received any support since a year now. I have a feeling it is dead and, or will be transformed in subscription model that nobody wants!
