Creating a Title from an Image Mask in FCP

This time we are going to look a the various options when using the Image Mask effect in Final Cut Pro.

Time for a new tutorial and this time we are going to be looking at making a title using an image mask.

In the video, we have a black on white logo without an alpha channel. So how do we go about keying that over video?

The answer is to use the Image Mask effect which you will find in the Effects tab in the lower right hand side of Final Cut Pro, or use the shortcut CMD 5.
