This week I take a look at different ways you can use the Position Tool in Final Cut Pro. 

The Position Tool in Final Cut Pro is very flexible, not only does it disable FCP's Magnetic Timeline, it allows you to move clips or clip boundaries independently of each other.

I this latest video tutorial, I demonstrate using the Position Tool for

  • Creating Timing Gaps
  • Editing Voice Over
  • Creating Overwrite Edits
